Yoga for Every Body

Residents enjoyed participated in Juicy Joints Yoga on Monday afternoon. The class is conducted mostly while seated, with slow flowing movements to improve strength, flexibility, and stability.

 Barbara felt relaxed and renewed after yoga.
 Jamie, one of our lovely teachers, in action on Monday afternoon.
 Carolyn felt much better after yoga - pain in her lower back was tremendously relieved after the 30 minute class.
Margaret was skeptical at first, but grew to like the slow movements of yoga.
 The group tried their hand at Hula during yoga class.
 Everyone works within their ability to complete the movements.
 Students can work at their own pace, staying within their comfort and pain-free zone.
