Experience Your Food!

Chef Nick spent some special time with the residents for the June Food Experience Demonstration. During Happy Hour, he made Vietnamese Spring rolls, with rice paper, rice noodles, shrimp, lettuce, cilantro, mint and basil as an appetizer. There were two different dipping sauces to choose from, a sweet chili and hoisin peanut. The residents loved it!





 Jackie tried her hand at making the spring rolls. It wasn't as hard as she expected, and it turned out great!
