Being Silly for Birthdays

Residents gathered on Friday to celebrate the May birthdays with an ice cream bar and photo booth. One of the residents helped make the ice cream earlier in the week, and at the party on Friday had many toppings the enjoy with it. They also had many different fun and silly props to wear to take fun photos with their friends and neighbors.

A Day at the Ranch!

Residents spent the day yesterday out in the beautiful weather in the company of several amazing horses. They learned about the horses, how they stay healthy, what types of activities they do out at the ranch as well as outside. A big thank you to Erin, Joanie's daughter, who invited us out for the day! We were welcomed with open arms, and even cake.

Visiting the Star ECO Wildlife Station

Residents enjoyed their Wednesday outing at the Star Eco Station in Rocklin. The ECO Station is a non-profit animal rescue that takes in exotic animals that were previously pets or rescued from other pet stores. They give them a great home and help them live out their lives happily.
Residents had the opportunity to get up close and personal with lizards, snakes, tortoises, tropical birds and fish.
